'LUCKY THURSDAY.' Mr Rohit Jain holds his clinic on a Thursday, hence my title as above. I was the lucky one as I was randomly allocated to Mr Jain,as a choose and book patient by my doctor.. Since my first appointment with Mr Jain and his diagnosis, that I needed a full knee replacement,my respect and confidence in him has only grown. For me Mr Jain, epitomises exactly what I was hoping for in a consultant. Professional ,courteous, politely friendly and calm. The care for my well being, both pre.and post.op. has been exemplary. In the event of my needing further orthopeadic surgery in the future, no prizes given, for which day of the week I would be booking my appointment on. Right first time THURSDAY. For all prospective orthopeadic patients, I truly hope that you are as fortunate,,as I was. Thank you Mr Jain.

Thanks very much for taking the time to write this review. It is very much appreciated. A success of joint replacement surgery is a team work between the patient, surgeon & the hospital staff. The pieces of jigsaw have to come together to have a good successful outcome. I am very pleased with your progress. Kind Regards, Rohit Jain

My mother totally recommends Dr. Jain after receiving surgery and after care. She had a complete new knee. The operation was August 2017 and now six months on she is out in the fields pushing a wheelbarrow and driving her tractor, young at heart, 77 last birthday. The first part of healing was painful but listening to the medical advice following up with all appointments and taking all medication has given her back the mobility without the pain. All thanks to Dr. Jain and his staff. M. E. E.

First impressions are always important. Greeted me in outpatients at KIMS in a friendly manner. Listened to my concerns, took a history and examined me which had not been done previously.Explained benefits of surgery but also the risks as I have a heart condition. Came to see me daily post op and was reassuring.Follow ups conducted in the same friendly manner and doesn't dismiss questions and concerns. I know NHS hospitals work under tremendous pressure and outpatient departments are extremely busy, being treated as an individual though,in a friendly, professsional manner and maintaining a high standard care are what counts to the patient and Mr Jain and his team provides this at KIMS.
